S<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>both parties can already count on the deepening or improvement of qualifications at the time of the employment relationship.<\/p>\n<p>As in many cases this is a time and money consuming programme, <strong>we recommend that employers clearly set out the rules for such training with their employees through a written qualification agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Agreement <\/strong>Contains<strong> a commitment by an employee to remain in the employer's employment for a specified period of time.
